Masspap Oy is a Finnish family-owned company established in 1995.
We provide products and services to manufacturing industry companies operating in Finland, such as pulp, paper, and cardboard mills, biogas plants, and wastewater treatment facilities. Our offerings cover everything from water treatment and stock preparation to paper manufacturing, finishing processes, and everything in between – including modern safety solutions.

Sustainability

Our facility is located near the Kymijoki River, making water a constantly present element in our work. We provide uncompromisingly high-quality solutions for more energy-efficient and effective water treatment. With our water treatment solutions, our customers can reduce water consumption and return treated water to nature in a cleaner state.
How Does Sustainability Reflect in Our Products?
Our selection includes energy-efficient solutions, such as high-performance pulpers from the industry-leading manufacturer Cellwood.
The wastewater treatment chemicals from VTA, available in our portfolio, enhance the removal of solids and nutrients from water returned to nature, reducing eutrophication and environmental impact. These chemicals can also cut aeration energy consumption by up to 30%, significantly lower heavy metal emissions, and reduce harmful substances entering water ecosystem.
Our high-quality consumables improve resource efficiency and reduce the environmental footprint associated with material consumption.
We also offer dry ice blasting, an environmentally friendly cleaning method suitable for a wide range of industrial and non-industrial applications. The dry ice we produce is made from carbon dioxide collected from industrial processes. Dry ice blasting for engines improves their energy efficiency, while the method also achieves significant reductions in clean drinking water usage, wastewater generation, and the need for detergents and chemicals.
