Industrial cleaning services for paper and board machines
We clean paper and board machines, process equipment, tanks and heat exchangers during shutdowns, with low-odour Hotter cleaners, our own crew and trusted partners. In Finland this is our everyday work. Outside Finland we take on projects case by case: with our own crew, or with your local crew using our cleaners, supervision and training.

How a cleaning job goes
- Planning. We go through the cleaning points and their order with you, choose the cleaners and agree on the crew and the schedule.
- Safety. Risk assessment, work permits and lockouts according to your procedures. Sensitive equipment is covered and the area is fenced off.
- Cleaning. Foam is applied from the bottom up, left to work and washed off with pressure washers. Finally everything is rinsed so that no foam remains.
- Report. You get a report with before and after photos and our observations.
What we need from you
- A shutdown slot and a contact person
- Work permits, lockouts and site induction for the crew
- Water, 400 V power for the pressure washers and compressed air for the foam pump
- Agreed routing of the washing water to the sewer or the wastewater treatment plant
Projects outside Finland
We take on cleaning projects abroad case by case, mainly shutdown cleaning at pulp, paper and board mills. The crew travels from Finland, and we plan and supervise the work ourselves. Travel time and costs are included in the quotation, so the earlier we hear about your shutdown, the better we can plan it.
Prefer to use a local cleaning crew? Then we supply the cleaners and the foaming equipment, and if you wish, also the supervision of the work and training for the crew. The same works for mills that clean with their own staff.

Frequently asked questions
Do you clean outside Finland?
Yes, case by case. Our crew travels from Finland and the project is planned and supervised by us. Contact us well before the shutdown so that we can agree on the scope, the crew and the schedule.
Which cleaners do you use?
Mainly low-odour Hotter cleaners: acidic ACS 400 and ACS 62 foam cleaners for lime scale and mineral deposits, PCS 62 for tanks and pipes, and the non-hazardous alkaline CCS 100 for oil and grease.
How long does a cleaning job take?
A typical surface or wire section cleaning is done in one shift by two to four cleaners. Larger jobs are planned case by case.
Can the washing water go to our wastewater treatment plant?
Usually yes, diluted. We agree on the routing of the washing water with you before the job. For sensitive treatment plants there is a phosphorus-free version of ACS 400.
Can we use a local cleaning crew or our own staff?
Yes. We supply the cleaners and the foaming equipment, and if you wish, we supervise the work and train the crew. For recurring cleaning, automated foam cleaning systems are an option.
